For a really heavy, slightly chubby draft like my Jutlander gelding, one size up would probably have been beneficial.

Absolutely top tear, quality rug and neck. Happy to say the buckles don't rust anymore, there seemed to be an issue with that with some of the older rugs.

I bought this for my 15hh Welsh Section D who is deceptively wide in front. I already have the Broad fit version in the sweet itch rug but wanted something a bit more light weight for the hot weather.
When I tried it on the fit was perfect but I was worried it might slip when he rolled but it doesn't move an inch! Thoroughly recommend this company and the quality of their rugs!
Hooray a rug that fits my ID! Plenty of shoulder room, fantastic depth to hide his tummy, a long tail guard to keep the rain out and back legs well covered. He is warm inside with 0g! For a horse who loves to roll the rug never slips. Should have bought one years ago! Love the colour purple!!

Really pleased with this rug. excellent quality and fit (broad fit on 14.3 Irish cob) Mesh part is very robust compared to previous waterproof fly rugs I've tried and up to the usual high standard of all the Epic rugs I've bought.
I have been using the big horse shop for a number of years for rugs for differing horses. I find them invaluable for big shouldered animals. Even though my horses are not draft horses, they still take a big shouldered rug. The rugs provide of room and no rubbing. Happy horses.
