Orders placed before 12pm GMT / BST Monday - Friday are dispatched same day. Orders placed after this time and over the weekend will be dispatched the following working day. Please allow extra time for bank holidays, busy sale and festive periods.

Due to the speed we dispatch our orders, we are unable to amend or cancel any orders once tracking information has been sent.

Orders containing pre-order and in-stock items will be dispatched together once the pre-order item is available.

We use Royal Mail, DHL, DPD, UPS and FedEx as our trusted couriers

Delivery times are estimated once your order has been dispatched. Our couriers aim to get your order to you within 1 - 5 days depending on the service chosen at checkout. For orders outside the UK these please allow extra time for customs clearance.

While our couriers are 96% reliable, from time to time there may be unexpected delays with your delivery. Unfortunately once your parcel has left our warehouse any delays are completely out of our control. Please rest assure we work as quickly as possible to get your order to your doorstep.

All shipments outside of the UK are subject to local VAT and import duties, these are set out by your customs authority and are outside of our control.

• UK VAT is deducted at the checkout
• Local VAT will be charged by your country when the parcel arrives (this applies to all international orders, regardless of value)
• For EU customers: Import duty of €3 is applied per HS line item for orders under €150. For orders over €150, import duty of approximately 2.7% is applied
• For Rest of World customers: Import duty of approximately 2.7% is applied once your country's import threshold is met

Our trusted courier will complete all customs clearance paperwork on your behalf. They will send you a payment link via email, add a payment link to your tracking information or take payment upon delivery.

Orders going to a business will require a VAT Registration number to complete delivery. Orders going to Spain will require your Spanish Nation Number to complete delivery.

We recommend getting in touch for an accurate shipping quote as this is just an estimate at the checkout. Shipping prices are determined by the location, weight and volume of your parcel.
