We make every effort to ship all orders placed Monday - Friday same day. Our courier cut off time is usually 2:00 pm Monday - Thursday and 11:30 am Friday. For international orders please allow an extra working day. Orders placed over weekends and UK bank holidays will be processed the following working day.

Please note during busy sale and festive periods order processing can take slightly longer.

All shipments are sent on a signatory service for insurance purposes, unfortunately there is no way for us to leave a note with the courier to ask them to leave your parcel in a safe place. Any amendments must be done through the courier website when a delivery notification email is sent by the courier.

Please note should a parcel be refused delivery the courier will return it back to our warehouse. This can take several weeks and will incur a return to sender fee which will be deducted, along with the shipping charge before any refunds are processed.

While our couriers are 96% reliable, from time to time there may be unexpected delays with your delivery. Unfortunately once your parcel has left our warehouse any delays are completely out of our control. Please rest assure we work as quickly as possible to get your order to your doorstep.

Import duties and taxes information

All prices on our website are inclusive of UK VAT @ 20%, this will be deducted at the checkout and instead you will pay your own country's VAT upon arrival in the destination country. VAT = Value Added Tax and is a legal requirement regardless of the value of goods.

2.7% import duty is payable on all orders valued over €150. Orders valued less than €150 have no import duty to pay.

Once your order arrives in the destination country it will go through customs clearance. Our trusted courier will email you with a payment link for the taxes and any import duties owed. Once payment had been made your parcel will be released from customs and will be delivered to your doorstep. Please note on your receipt there will be a brokers fee added, this fee is for the courier to clear your item through customs on your behalf, unfortunately this fee is out of our control and can't be waived. The courier broker fee is approximately £15.
