All shipments are sent DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) and you will be responsible for import duties and taxes when your order arrives at your country’s customs. The courier will send you a payment link to collect any taxes, duties, handling fees due on your order before delivery.

The shipping fee paid at the checkout covers the courier's costs to deliver the goods to you. It does not include any of these additional charges, these will need to be paid before your goods can be released for delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a ParcelForce tracking number with a link to track your parcel. It is important to regularly follow your parcels progress through the tracking number and link. The courier will either send you a payment link for the duties or the information will be added to the tracking. Please track your order and contact us should you not receive any information on how to pay the charges.

If payment of any customs fees and charges are not paid or refused by you, the order will be returned back to us and shipping costs will not be refunded. You will be charged an additional shipping cost for the return which will be deducted before any refund is given.
