Orders placed before 1pm Monday - Thursday and before 12pm Friday's are dispatched that same day. Where this is not possible they will be dispatched the next working day. For rest of world orders please allow up to 4 working days for your order to be processed before being dispatched.

All delivery timescales are from the order dispatch date. If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date please contact customer services within 5 days of this date. Failure to report this within the timeframe stated may result in us being unable to claim for any loss and will waiver your right to a replacement order or refund. Please be aware if you are sent a disclaimer form due a dispute in your order delivery, this disclaimer form must be completed, signed and sent back to us by the specified deadline date. Failure to complete and submit the disclaimer form by the specified deadline date will result in us being unable to claim for any loss and will waiver your right to a replacement order or refund.

Please be aware during busy periods such as Christmas the delivery timescale can't be guaranteed.

Delivery will be attempted 2-3 times. If your order is returned to the warehouse due to failed delivery it will result in a return to sender fee and additional shipping charges to be redelivered.

For UK orders, it is very important to choose the correct shipping zone. Should the incorrect shipping zone be chosen at the checkout an invoice for the correct shipping will be issued. Only once this is paid will your order be dispatched.

All shipments outside of the UK are sent DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). This means when your parcel arrives in the destination country you will be liable to import duties and taxes. It is important we have a mobile number and email address (please check they are correct) Once your parcel arrives in your Country, you will be contacted by the Courier (check your spam folder). The Courier will send you a payment link to collect any taxes, duties, handling fees due on your order before delivery.

Please note we can not ship to PO Boxes. For orders outside of the UK being delivered to a Business addresses we will need a Registered VAT Number.

All shipments going to Spain require your National ID number for customs clearance.
