We can no longer ship to a European Business address. Please make sure the delivery address you give is a residential and not a business address.
Goods ordered from our website are sold on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis (DDU). Which means you as the buyer are responsible for any Duties or Taxes that maybe due in order on import.
From 1st January 2021, goods Exported from UK to Europe are no longer charged UK VAT, this is deducted at the Checkout. Instead duties and taxes are now charged when they arrive in the destination Country and are paid to that Country not us. We cannot advise what these costs are as they vary from Country to Country.
You, as the buyer are responsible for any charges required by your Country for importing consumer goods. We do recommend contacting your local tax/customs office before making a purchase, who will be able to advise on the cost.
It is important we have a mobile number and email address (please check they are correct) Once your parcel arrives in your Country, you will be contacted by the Courier (check your spam folder). The Courier will send you a payment link to collect any taxes, duties, handling fees due on your order before delivery. Failure/Refusal to pay theses costs may result in your parcel being destroyed by Customs. If it is destroyed due to non payment of taxes, duties and fees, we cannot issue a refund.
We cannot refund products we have not received back in our warehouse. If it is returned due to non payment of taxes, duties and fees, shipping costs will not be refunded. The Couriers will charge for the return, this cost will be deducted along with any payment fees, such as Paypal Fees from any refund due.

Here at The Big Horse Shop, we pride ourselves in providing excellent customer satisfaction and high-quality products. If, however, you aren’t completely satisfied with an item purchased from our website, you may return them to us within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange, refund or credit note.
PLEASE NOTE: In order to accept your return, items MUST be:
- Returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Undamaged and in original condition as they were received.
- Unworn in pristine, clean, unwashed, sellable condition.
- All original tags and labels attached.
- Inside original reusable zip bag or protective plastic packaging.
Returns are at the customers expense and unfortunately can’t be refunded, we recommend using a tracked/signatory service and getting proof of postage.
Returns made after 30 days of receiving the order will NOT be accepted.
We strongly advise you seek advice from your chosen Carrier on how to make the return correctly. It must be clear that the products are being sent as a RETURN not a SALE. Failure to send them correctly could result in the delivery being refused. This may result in the parcel being destroyed or returned back to you. ANY CARRIER BROKERAGE FEES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND; THESE CAN VARY CARRIER TO CARRIER. PLEASE SEEK ADVISE FROM YOUR CHOSEN CARRIER ON ALL FEES WHICH MAY NEED TO BE PAID.

We aim to process returns as quickly as possible; should your returned item meet all guidelines listed above; we will process your refund within 7 – 14 working days of receiving your item. Refunds will be made through your original method of payment.
If you have made a return which meets all the guidelines listed above, but you are past the 14 days of receiving your item and within 30 days, you will be eligible for an exchange or credit note only.
We aim to process exchanges as quickly as possible; should your returned item meet all guidelines listed above and the replacement item is in stock, we will process your exchange within 3 - 5 working days of receiving your item.
Exchanges will be shipped to the same delivery address unless stated otherwise.
