We make every effort to ship all orders placed Monday - Friday same day. Our courier cut off time is usually 2:00 pm Monday - Thursday and 11:30 am Friday. For international orders please allow an extra working day.
Orders placed over weekends and UK bank holidays will be processed the following working day.
Please note during busy sale and festive periods order processing can take slightly longer.
Yes, once your order has been successful you will receive an order confirmation to your chosen email address. Please ensure you enter the correct email at the checkout.

Unfortunately invoices aren't automatically generated and issued alongside the order confirmation email. If you do require an invoice please state this in the order notes or contact customer services.

During holidays and promotional periods we experience a higher volume of orders which may delay your order being shipped. During these periods our trusted couriers may also have a higher number of shipments within the system which can also have a delay in your parcel arriving to you. Rest assured we work as quickly as possible to get your order to your doorstep.
Yes, we do offer express shipping to UK orders, please select the express option at the checkout
We offer free UK standard shipping on orders valued at £90+
Unfortunately we aren't able to offer free shipping on our international orders at this time
Yes, orders can be shipped to a different address. Simply untick the box to have the billing and shipping address the same at the checkout.
For our international customers, if you would like your order shipping to a business address, please provide your Registered VAT number, this is now a requirement for customs clearance
Yes, simply select pick up from store at the check out. All pick up orders are collected at our warehouse in Blackburn, Lancashire, UK and are by appointment only.

You can cancel your order for a full refund if cancelled before your order has been dispatched. After this time you can only cancel your order for a refund of the goods only. You have 14 days of receiving your goods to inform us of your decision to cancel within this period. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to our warehouse.
