The most versatile stable rug in the range for heavier horses — our Classic 50g Broad Fit Stable Rug is designed for mild nights and transitioning seasons, with the flexibility to layer up as the temperature drops. Attach a rug liner for extra warmth or add a neck cover for full-body protection — all without changing the rug.
Unlike off-the-shelf sizing, every rug in our Broad Fit range is developed using measurements taken from real broader, heavier horses — so the fit is precise, not guesswork. A larger cut neckline, extra-large shoulder gussets and extended rug depth give your horse full coverage and true freedom of movement, with no pressure, rubbing or tightness.

I have tried a lot of rugs which were always tight across my chunky cob’s shoulders and neck. His new stable rug fits so well.
And again a perfect fitting rug, my horse has pssm1 and in wintertime he can get stiff muscles. This rug protects him en he is fond of it. Thanks for Epic, it is such a good brand. Service from Big horse shop is superb, we live in Holland, but delivery is perfect. Brexit makes is more expensive, but still worth it. My horse is a Big Belgian, 1.88 cm.
