Epic Classic Carbon Overreach Boots

Our Neoprene Overreach Boots are purpose-built for draft horses, cobs, and other heavy breeds, offering full-wrap protection from overreach injuries during training, schooling, and turnout.

Made from high-impact shock-absorbing neoprene, these boots cushion the fetlock and coronet band against strikes, knocks, and abrasions. The outer shell is reinforced with carbon microfibre leather for added durability and resistance against abrasions. A rolled top edge prevents rubbing, while the curled lip design adds comfort and prevents friction, even with long-term wear.

The double-locking Velcro straps made from reinforced microfibre leather ensure a snug, adjustable fit that stays put even in muddy fields or high-movement work. These boots don’t just fit they protect, flex, and perform.

Specifically sized for larger hooves, they’re available in four sizes to suit your heavy horse’s build.

Please note these boots are designed to protect horses against over reach injuries and in doing so they may get damaged. The longevity of the boots is dependant upon the trauma they face and are not guaranteed against breakage.

Remove all the hair, dirt and dried sweat with a brush, ensure all fastenings are closed and machine wash at 30 degrees. Dry naturally away from heat

This item is true to size and we recommend opting for your horses usual size. The Epic Classic Carbon Overreach Boots should fit snugly around the pastern and cover the bulbs of the heel, providing protection from overreaching injuries. A correctly fitted boot will allow you to slide a finger around the pastern, but not much more. The boot should have a ground clearance of 1cm at the back of the boot.
