Keep your horse warm and fully covered on those in-between days with our Epic Essential 40g Turnout Hood in Red. It pairs perfectly with the matching Essential 40g Turnout Rug, attaching securely to give your horse complete head-to-tail protection when the temperature starts to drop and a lightweight layer of warmth is all that's needed.

The regular fit is designed for light to medium build horses with a regular sized chest and neck.

Size Advice

Our turnout rug neck covers are designed true to size and we recommend opting for your usual size.
All of our neck covers are designed with additional length which may appear too long when your horse's head is upright. When your horse's head is down grazing it naturally extends a further 10-15cm - the added length ensures your horse is fully covered when their head is in the extended position.
We always recommend trying on all products before using incase you need to exchange for a different size.

Remove excess mud and dirt
Machine wash at 30 degrees
Avoid bleach and strong detergents
Dry naturally

To ensure your turnout neck cover stays breathable and waterproof we recommend hosing the hood down after each use to get rid of any excess mud and dirt.

Excellent quality, excellent fit!

I bought this neck cover to go with the matching rug I had bought a week before. This cover fits my girl the best any neck rug has ever fit her! It's equally as good quality as the rug and keeps her warm and dry but not too hot and it is substantial enough that I think it will last many years.
