When the seasons start to turn and you need just a little more than a no fill, our Epic Classic 50g Turnout Rug in Blue Ochre Check is the one to reach for. The 50g thermo-bonded polyfill adds a gentle layer of warmth for those transitional days when the temperature is beginning to drop — enough to take the edge off the chill and help prevent condensation building up on the inside of the rug, without overheating your horse on milder days. And like all Classic rugs, the built-in liner attachment system means you can add a further 50g, 100g, 200g or 300g liner as winter sets in — adapting the warmth to your horse's specific needs without buying a new rug.

The broad fit is designed specifically for horses with broader chests, bigger shoulders and thick muscular necks — cut with a larger neckline, lower chest fastenings and extra large shoulder gussets so the rug sits correctly without rubbing the shoulders, pulling tight at the chest or digging in at the neck.
